Vially Dorestant and her family have been providing internet content for some time. Her youngest son’s recent addition to their video lineup is breaking the internet. Vially spent a week before picture day coaching preschooler Corey on how to smile for the photo. We’ve all had funny school photos, so we understand what an important step this is. After all the practice, the veteran mother was unprepared for what came home in that picture day packet!

Corey is just three and in pre-kindergarten. He’s been shy, and Vially was worried about how he would be in front of the photographer. After the coaching, she was confident that Corey would let his personality shine through with a perfect smile. His smile was golden!
Corey was ready. On picture day, he went to school dressed to the nines in a grey shirt with coordinated yellow, white, and blue stripes across the chest. He was wearing matching yellow slacks (or maybe shorts). He was a handsome little fellow with a practiced smile. There was no way to prepare for this result!
You don’t see that practiced smile in this funny school photo. The little man opted for suave and debonair with a thoughtful expression. His left hand is casually in his pocket, and this pose is off the hook! He looks much older than his age as he contemplates his next business venture.
We’ve explored funny school photo fails in the past, and we probably will in the future. These hilarious photo opportunities will keep happening as long as schools have picture day! If you are parents, prepare yourselves. Even with a week of practice, your child will do something unpredictable in front of that camera.
