Little Girl’s Love For Newborn Sister Battling Rare Condition Has The Internet In Tears

Newborn Sister

If there is one thing we should never doubt, it’s a mother’s intuition. We may be unable to explain how or why, but moms sometimes seem to know things long before others. When Brittainy Moala, already a mom to two girls, gave birth to her third daughter, she knew something was different about her baby, Revie. She had trouble getting doctors to listen to her concerns at first, but her persistence paid off, and Revie was ultimately diagnosed with 4Q syndrome, a rare genetic disorder.

While Brittainy tried to come to grips with the diagnosis and learn all she needed to know about the world of 4Q, her oldest daughter, Ella, stepped in to help.

“I watched her love without fear, I watched her live for today and fully embrace my youngest daughter. It healed my mom heart and gave me more courage to fight for my baby,” she told Newsweek.

Brittainy Created An Instagram Reel To Thank Ella For Her Help

The touching video shows the eldest daughter lovingly holding and caring for Revie to give her mom a break. The mother wrote to Instagram.

“I knew Revie was different from the moment I had her. Doctors telling me I was wrong or it was just PPD completely broke me. I didn’t know what to do with the conflicting feelings in my heart vs what was being said. I was scared so my focus was TO FIGHT… her focus was REVIE. Thank you, Ella. She needed you and so did I.”

The video touched Instagrammers who shared love with Brittainy and Ella.

“Someone taught her to love, it was you,” a comment reads.

This person agreed, “She knows how to love and care because of you she is the best of you.”

“The way your daughter treats her sister is the biggest testament to the way you mother. You must have shown love, gentleness, kindness, and compassion over and over. What a wonderful job you are doing,” another person complimented.

Congratulations, Brittainy, for creating such a loving family and an unbreakable bond between your daughters. You are all so blessed to have each other.
