Bonsai the bulldog has a genetic defect that left him with a deformed spine, hind legs and missing pelvis. An organization called Friends of Emma, who help dogs with birth defects, took up Bonsai’s case last June.
The vets at Friends of Emma decided that amputation was the best option to help Bonsai to have a happy life.
