In the heartwarming video, this grandma was standing outside her front door when an inquisitive deer wandered right up to her! She was totally surprised by the visit. As Paige filmed, the elderly woman pointed to the creature excitedly. Her delighted smile was too precious for words!
Although both Grandma and the deer maintained a respectful distance of a couple of feet, they were still pretty close. When the elderly woman reached out toward her new friend, the critter didn’t seem spooked. They just stood there, watching the human with interest.
“This is my sweet elderly neighbor,” wrote Paige over the footage. “Every night I go on a walk and she always comes out onto her front porch to wave hello to me. Tonight when she came out there was a deer right outside her door and I felt like I was watching Snow White.”
