Ruud Zwaan has one main objective on his farm: to raise happy, healthy animals while having fun. As the founder of Happy Bull, Ruud cares for water buffaloes, donkeys, bulls, a dromedary, a camel, and a horse. In his day-to-day routine, Ruud discovered dietary combinations that work best for his animals. Those are now a line of animal foods under the Happy Bull label. The Happy Bull farm is in the Netherlands. One of the principles that keeps his animals healthy is the personal bond that Ruud forms with them. The caption in the video translates to “We make everyday fun.”
This happy cow acts like a puppy as Ruud chases it around the barn, tossing hay on it. The animal and human are comfortable around one another, and you can see their bond in their play. During their play, the cow accidentally kicked Ruud, for which he takes full responsibility in an Instagram post.
Ruud shares special bonds with all of his animals. If he doesn’t hug his bull, Muk, quick enough, the bull will just lay on him to get lovings.
As he grows his herd of various animals, Ruud has a new dream to become the Netherlands’ largest shelter. By ensuring they have the proper nutrients in their diet, fiber, and vitamins without added fillers, he provides a feed product honed with years of experience.
