McDonald’s Will Be Offering Affordable & Free Deals Through 2024!

McDonald's deals

Even though life continues to become increasingly expensive, some companies are doing their best to keep prices down. Remember when you could buy a meal for $5? It seems like a lifetime ago, but McDonald’s remembers. The Golden Arches have been running a $5 meal deal special since June, and the company announced that the pricing is here to stay until at least December. The franchise’s Free Fries Friday will also stick around through the end of the year.

Franchisees are Lovin’ It

According to CNBC, many McDonald’s franchises have voted to extend their budget-friendly pricing, and 80% of United States markets have opted in. There are more vote extensions happening, so additional markets may continue the promotion.

The $5 value meal offers a McDouble or McChicken sandwich, small fries, four-piece Chicken McNuggets, and a small drink.

McDonald’s will also continue to offer local promotions, and customers will have access to deals through the mobile app.

“Together with our franchisees, we’re committed to keeping our prices as affordable as possible, which is why we’re doubling down with even more ways to save,” McDonald’s U.S. President Joe Erlinger said in a statement obtained by CNBC.

McDonald’s shared the deal on Instagram, and fans were so glad to see it.
