Fox and Tracy Pollan met on the set of Family Ties nearly forty years ago and fell in love.

He told People in 1989, “I always thought she was cool, but it was like a couple of married people who worked together and liked each other,” he said. “It sounds really horrible, but it was one of those things. Someone goes, ‘Did you hear that so-and-so aren’t together anymore?’ And you go, ‘Hmm, that’s too bad. Where’s the phone?'”
Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan Have An Incredible Love Story
The pair shares four children; Sam, 35, Aquinnah, 29, Schuyler, 29, and Esme, 23. While raising their family, Michael J. Fox battled Parkinson’s disease privately for years beginning in 1991. But in 1998, we went public with his condition and began raising awareness of the disease through the Michael J. Fox Foundation. All along, he had Tracy right by his side. On Valentine’s Day, Michael shared a throwback photo of him and Tracy on the beach with the caption, “You have the sweetest eyes I’ve ever seen (even in sunglasses), I still get lost in them. Happy Valentine’s day @tracy.pollan Yours forever.”
