Sure, bedtime can be a nice, relaxing experience. But for many of us, bedtime can also be a bit of a hassle. This is especially true for kids. Who wants to go to bed when you can stay up late and play, after all? To combat the need to fight against sleep, parents have to come up with unique methods.

Sometimes these methods are disrupted by a dog with the zoomies. But, overall, it seems Alex Anguish and her sister have a solid method to make bedtime fun for their kiddos. The inspiration for their method came from an unlikely place… bouncers you would find at a club. Sounds odd, I know. But it’s hilariously perfect. Witness their unique bedtime routine in the video below!

Not Sure How to Make Bedtime Fun for Kids? Take Notes From This Creative Mom and Aunt
Like most clubs for adults, Club Sleep has its very own bouncer to vet who all enters this highly exclusive space. For starters, they have to show their ID. Luckily for these kids, it seems that the definition of an ID is pretty loose here. Next up, they’re required to share what they plan on doing once they enter Club Sleep.
Finally, just before they enter Club Sleep, they go through one more round of security. Here, there’s a brief pat down with a paper towel roll… I mean a scanner. It’s definitely a scanner and not a paper towel roll.
“It’s giving traffic stop but I’m here for it,” someone shares in reply to Alex’s hilarious video, with another person adding, “Love this! Another fun one, I scream ‘last call’ for snacks in my house before brushing teeth. I swear they gonna figure out later our coolness.”
A third person hilariously imagines these kids in the future: “As soon as they turn 21 & go to a bar, ‘Why do I feel like I’m having déjà vu right now?'”
