Three-year-old Lane Rouch is a real-life, miniature replica of your favorite Disney characters. It’s as if she jumped out of the screen, became a human being, and shrunk a couple of feet. Her outfits are intricate, accurate, and just about the cutest things you’ve ever seen.

A regular at Orlando Disney World, Lane is basically a main attraction every time she visits, which is all the time… as in every week. Because of her extreme shyness, Jennifer and Chad Rouch decided the perfect way to get Lane out of her shell would be by buying annual passes and surrounding her with the “royals of Disney.”
Lane’s fame in the Disney community can easily be attributed to her creative and thrifty mother, who has a knack for sewing and costume-making. Jennifer has been sewing her own costumes, outfits, and alterations for years, so she decided to make some themed versions for Lane, seeing them as a way for her to feel special, and give her a chance to feel comfortable interacting with the park’s characters. She’s always decked out from head to toe and gives the personalities working there a run for their money.
All of the outfits were made using thrift shop materials, bedsheets, and even shower curtains. Jennifer’s passion for these spot-on costumes comes from her (and her husband’s) own love for the fantastical world of Disney… they are self-described “Disnerds.” The couple even got engaged during a Christmas party in Disney World. I know, so adorable.
