If you think getting your kids to bed is difficult, try being a bird owner! One parrot mom caught the most hilarious video of the lengths her pet will go to in order to avoid bedtime. When Emma went looking for her feathered friend, Noah, so that she could put him in his cage, he was absolutely nowhere to be found. As it turns out, the parrot was hiding in the silliest place!

In this hysterical clip, the pet owner shared some footage of a seemingly Noah-less room. There were plenty of toys and other bird-related items in the space, but no sign of the errant avian. That is, until Mom closed in on the place where the parrot was hiding. His attempt at concealment was too funny!
After giving her viewers a once-over of the room with her camera, Emma provided a close-up of the window. There, behind the curtains, you could spy a mischievous eye poking out through one of the rings in the cloth. It turns out that this parrot had chosen a surprisingly blatant hiding spot! Mom was sure the bird thought that no one could see him there.
To be fair, Noah wasn’t entirely wrong! If you weren’t looking closely, you’d totally miss this parrot’s hiding spot. No wonder Emma couldn’t find her missing pet right away!
A few commenters on this video pointed out that there was an additional benefit to this parrot’s hiding place. He could still see what Mom was up to!
