Even Animal Experts Find Themselves Stumped Over This Unidentified Creature Found Roaming a West Virginia Park
Even experts aren’t 100% sure about the identity of this mysterious creature. That said, a popular theory is that this is a fox with mange. This is a contagious skin disease that is caused by mites. This may help explain why the animal is so skinny and has such a thin tail.
So, while it can be fun to theorize about mysterious creatures like this one, it goes to show that good can come from it, too. When videos like this go viral, it can help push wildlife officials to find and help treat these creatures in need.
