Attention Wheel of Fortune fans: Pat Sajak is coming out of retirement for a Celebrity Christmas episode.

Pat is returning to the wheel on Monday, December 2nd, to lead “a special holiday episode” of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune. While Pat will be hosting an entire season of the gameshow, this will be the only episode airing this year. The remainder of the episodes will debut in early 2025, according to TV Insider. The season was originally set to kick off on October 14th, but ABC pushed the date to make room for Monday Night Football.
Monday’s contestants include Dionne Warwick, Chance the Rapper, and Lil Jon. Each of them will spin the wheel for their charity of choice. Vanna White will be co-hosting with Pat Sajak.
This Will Be Pat Sajak’s Final Time Hosting “Wheel Of Fortune”
This season of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune will mark Pat’s last before going into full retirement. The legendary game show personality left the original show on June 7th, 2024 after 41 years at the helm. Ryan Seacrest has since taken over.
ABC has yet to announce when the rest of the episodes will air, but contestants will include The Office stars Rainn Wilson, Ellie Kemper, and Oscar Nuñez. Justin Long, Matt Walsh, Josh Gad, Joe Manganiello, and Katharine McPhee will also play for their favorite causes.
