It’s sometimes hard to believe the future King and Queen of England have been married for 14 years. They’ve certainly had challenges recently, but Prince William and Kate Middleton have big plans for their anniversary.

According to People, William and Kate will head to Scotland on April 29, where they met at the University of St. Andrews while studying Art History in 2005. The visit will be both for work and pleasure. Scotland is nostalgic for the pair and offers William and Kate a chance to launch a partnership between their Royal Foundation and two community spaces.
Prince William and Kate Middleton Will Visit Farms And School Children During Their Anniversary Trip
People reported that the visit will include time at a 50-acre croft farm to learn about its contributions to the common and sustainability. Prince William and Kate Middleton will also have a chance to taste locally-produced food for their anniversary. On the second day of their trip, they will visit with school children to learn about the ancient Atlantic Rainforest in an outdoor classroom setting.
Lastly, they will participate in an activity with the Ardura Acorns, which caters to preschool children, one of Kate’s passions.
Kate Middleton and Prince William’s planned anniversary trip aligns with the princess’ most recent Instagram post. She shared a video about the importance of caring for the earth and enjoying nature.
The caption reads, “Spending time in the natural world provides a sense of balance and belonging. For young people, access to nature is so important for helping to build confidence, self-belief, life skills, and a sense of perspective. That is why organisations like @scouts are so important.”
A fan noticed and wrote, “Always just so down to earth and genuine. What I love about William and Catherine is that they know when it’s time to be The Prince and Princess of Wales. And then there are times like this, where they are just Catherine and William.”
