Prince William Records Video To Help Tardy Student Get Out Of Trouble

Prince William Student

Sometimes, we’re late no matter how hard we try to be on time. And if we are the kind of person who is chronically late, it may be difficult to keep coming up with good excuses. We can be caught in traffic only so many times before people tell us to leave a bit earlier. But sometimes, the reason is so epic we must share it with the world. Samantha Johnson was late to class on November 14 but knew there was no way her teacher would be angry if she shared why. The college student grabbed Prince William to help. The pair recorded an incredible TikTok that undoubtedly served as the perfect excuse and is now a viral sensation.

Prince William Was On The College Student’s Side

He may be 42, but that doesn’t mean William’s forgotten what it’s like to be young. So, when Samantha asked him to help, he jumped at the chance. With several students gathered around at Ulster University in Northern Ireland, Prince William made the request to Samanta’s teacher.

Samantha told him, “Yeah, just tell her why we’re late.”

Then William, ensuring he got the details correct, began to record.

“Lesley, I’m very sorry we’re late, but they seem to be caught up, and they wouldn’t believe that you were here, so, just wanted to say hi.”

With 7.3 million views, people loved Prince William helping a late college student out.

A fan wrote, “Interactions with royals are getting more and more unserious, and I love that for them.”

This person has met William and agreed he’s the best. “I’ve met prince William, and he’s the kindest person ever!!”

Ulta Beauty commented from their official TikTok, “The king has spoken.”

Samantha commented back, “I’ve been royally pardoned from my lecture.”

Prince William made the students’ day and gave Samantha a story that will go down in history.
