The new work week is beginning with promising news from the royal family. Princess Kate shared on Instagram she has finished her chemotherapy treatment and is on the road to recovery. Kate posted a sweet video of her and William with their three children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, playing outside and enjoying a bit of normal summer life.

Princess Kate gave a lengthy explanation and admitted that her cancer journey was challenging.
“The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown. The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you,” she wrote.
Princess Kate’s Difficult Cancer Battle Strengthened Her Relationship
Even though cancer can be frightening, it can also bring out amazing qualities in people. Kate wrote that she and William were able to focus on their relationship and the importance of “loving and being loved.”
Kate said that her battle is not over, and she will continue to focus on remaining cancer-free. She will take things day-by-day. but looks forward to returning to her royal duties.
She expressed her appreciation for all the thoughts and prayers that were sent to her and her family during her treatment.
“William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling.”
She added she continues to share her love and support to all others battling cancer.
To all those who are continuing their own cancer journey – I remain with you, side by side, hand in hand. Out of darkness, can come light so let that light shine bright.”
