On November 5th, the palace shared that Camilla would not be making her scheduled appearances after her doctors “advised a short period of rest.”
“She very much hopes to be recovered in time to attend this weekend’s Remembrance events as normal,” read a statement, per People. “She apologizes to all those who may be inconvenienced or disappointed as a result.”
The Queen, 77, was not able to attend the Remembrance events this past weekend as she had planned. However, she has returned to her duties as of November 12.

“I’m obviously getting much better—bit of sort of coughing going on,” Queen Camilla said in a clip shared by Daily Mail royal correspondent Rebecca English.
“I really wanted to come,” she continued. “I’m on the mend. These things always take a bit of time to get rid of. You think you got rid of it. They just sort of hang on for a bit.”
While the Queen has been cleared to return to her duties, she is still being precautious. The Palace confirmed that she will not be attending the Gladiator II premiere with King Charles on November 13 as she had planned.
