Troy Lynch joined the news team at WMUR-TV in Manchester, New Hampshire in July 2022. He came to the station from the far-warmer state of Arkansas, so it stands to reason that he’s never spent a whole lot of time in the snow. Yet when winter finally hit the Granite State, producers sent Troy out to cover the snowfall. Little did they know, however, that he’d turn a weather report into a comedy routine loved by co-workers and viewers alike!
Anchor Amy Coveno could barely stop laughing as Troy pelted the camera with snowballs, flopped onto the ground for an impromptu snow angel, and sculpted “a throne fit for a garden gnome” for his Big Papi bobble head.
“Amy, I know what it looks like, but this is easily the hardest I’ve ever worked,” he assured her.
Somehow, we have a feeling that’s not actually the case.
Watch Troy’s epic snow reporting in the video below, and don’t forget to share.
