Sharon Osbourne Shares A New Health Update On Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne, known as the Prince of Darkness, has had his fair share of health struggles in recent years. His Parkinson’s disease diagnosis in 2003 changed things significantly in terms of his career. After not performing in over 20 years, Ozzy will reunite in July with his Black Sabbath bandmates for one final concert. This was welcomed news for Ozzy Osbourne fans who worried his declining health meant they’d never see him perform again. Sharon told Parade that while Ozzy can no longer walk, he’s gearing up for the show.

“He is doing really well,” she said. “He’s getting himself prepared for his last show. And I tell you, I never, ever thought that at the time we would actually be able to enjoy our lives without traveling the world and working and that it would end up like this. Never.”

Ozzy Osbourne’s Entire Family Has Supported Him Through His Health Challenges

Sharon Osbourne added that their children and grandchildren spend a lot of time with her and Ozzy Osbourne amid his health struggles.

“We all live near each other, and we are very close,” she said. “So [we] see each other nearly every day, and it’s a blessing.”

She added that the whole crew intends to travel with Ozzy for his final show. “We are really looking forward to it.”

In addition to his final concern, a new documentary about Ozzy Osbourne and his career, health, and life. OZZY OSBOURNE: NO ESCAPE FROM NOW will be produced by Paramount Plus.

“The last six years have been full of some of the worst times I’ve been through. There’s been times when I thought my number was up,” Ozzy said in a statement. “But making music and making two albums saved me. I’d have gone nuts without music.”
