Back in 2016, we shared the inspirational story of Caly Bevier, a then-16-year-old contestant on “America’s Got Talent.”

Caly was diagnosed with a rare form of stage 3 ovarian cancer when she was only 15. She fought hard, and managed to put her cancer into remission. For her first audition for the talent competition, she aptly chose “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten, and her performance earned her Simon Cowell’s first-ever Golden Buzzer.
In 2022, Caly returned to the AGT stage for the AGT: All-Stars show. This time, Caly hopes to advance her career as a touring artist, so she wowed the judges with an original song called, “Head Held High.” She crushed it yet again!
All of the judges loved her performance, but Simon had special words for the young cancer survivor.
“I wish I could have showed you this film when we first met, as to what was going to happen to you in a few years time,” said Simon. “You’re going to come back on an All-Stars, you’re going to be healthy, you’re going to be brilliant, and you’re going to be a great songwriter, all those things. Because it’s happened. It’s amazing!”
We couldn’t agree more! Watch Caly’s performance below, and don’t forget to share.
