Stephen Nedoroscik

During the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, Americans fell in love with Stephen Nedoroscik. We learned that the gymnast is a pommel horse specialist. But he is not a one-trick pony. Stephen appeared on Good Morning America on August 22 to show off his bronze medals and a few of his breakdancing moves.

Stephen Nedoroscik proved that he is one heck of a break dancer, which may come in handy for the Team USA star. Dancing With The Stars announced Stephen’s part of the cast for season 33. We haven’t been this excited about a dancer in years, and Stephen seems to be just as thrilled.

The 25-year-old from Worcester, Massachusetts, will be the first male gymnast in the show’s history to compete for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy.

He told Good Morning America he plans to incorporate some of his athletic moves into his dance routine,

“I want to bring some of that gymnastics — maybe a backflip or handstand. I want to have fun with it,” he said.

Stephen, who famously wears glasses and is lovingly referred to as Clark Kent during the Olympics, said he’s a bit nervous about the specs.

“I might have fun with it—I’m scared they’ll fly off … maybe we could do a gadget, keep them on. Maybe a new pair of glasses, match the theme, right?”

Fans Can’t Wait To See Stephen Nedoroscik Dance

For lovers of the dance competition show, Stephen is a welcomed addition. Good Morning America shared a video of his breakdancing moves, and fans started to get excited.

“Now he would be someone who I would want to see his freestyle dance,” a fan wrote.

This person can’t wait to watch. “I am so happy to see him getting to have all these amazing experiences! He seems so genuine!”

This person agreed, “He’s adorable he’s America’s champion.”

Stephen, we can’t wait to see what you can do. Dancing With the Stars Season 33 premieres September 17 on ABC and streaming on Disney+.
