Photographer Shreenivasan Manievannan is no stranger to the beautiful sights our world has to offer. Over the years, he has managed to capture breathtaking images and videos from all sorts of locations. Most recently, however, he went viral over footage of a double rainbow he spotted while in Pacifica, California.

On February 6, Shreenivasan decided to venture down a trail at the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. While the views were gorgeous, the weather was not the best for a hike. Still, this talented photographer pushed forward and, in doing so, managed to get the footage below.

“Rainbow popped up yesterday on my walk which was as difficult as it could have been with 50mph wind gusts hitting my face,” Shreenivasan recalls in a social media post, “but [sometimes the] hardship you take on is all worth it when you are treated with such splendor in life!
Photographer’s Footage of a Double Rainbow Over California Trail Goes Viral

“Oh my, over the hill from my house,” someone shares in reply to this stunning video, with another person adding, “I just realized it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a rainbow.”
“That’s amazing,” a third person adds. “I love seeing a local rainbow.”
