Taylor Swift Breaks 3-Month Social Media Hiatus

After trotting around the globe with the highest-grossing tour of all time, Taylor Swift earned herself some time off. And she’s taken that break seriously. During his Super Bowl run, the songstress supported her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, but quietly exited stage left after. Taylor hasn’t posted anything on social media since the end of the Eras Tour in December but made a triumphant return to Instagram with the sweetest post. Taylor Swift shared a message to bestie Selena Gomez in support of her new album drop with fiancé Benny Blanco.

Tay wrote, “I LOVE THIS ALBUM SO MUCH OH MY GODDDDDDDDDDDD”

The pair became friends nearly two decades ago and have stayed close. It’s no surprise Taylor shared her thoughts on Selena and Benny’s new album, I Said I Love You First. Though Tay’s Instagram story disappeared, @popbase caught a screenshot and shared it with fans.

A fan wrote, “True bestie energy. You need to be a special one to get such a hype from fangirl Taylor. ‘I Said I Love You First’”

Another shared, “One thing about Taylor is she gon SUPPORT her peers.”

The new album is an exciting milestone for Selena and Benny. She shared on X, “Benny and I made so many amazing memories throughout the process of creating our new album. This isn’t the first time Taylor Swift has shown support for Selena Gomez. When she and Benny got engaged, Taylor immediately commented on her Instagram post, “Yes, I will be the flower girl!”
