According to a post on Instagram, “What happens when Vogue picks up the phone and asks its friends—designers, models, and people with seriously good taste—to clean out their closets? You get the #VogueVintageMarket, an in-person, one-day-only shopping event packed with archival gems, runway relics, and one-off pieces that come with stories worth telling. The event is open to the public with RSVP and donation in the Vogue app, with 100% of proceeds supporting those impacted by the recent Los Angeles fires. From @KendallJenner’s 2000s @dior to a @TaylorSwift princess dress, head to the link in our bio for a preview of some of the standout pieces you’ll be able to shop on Saturday, March 29th with thanks to @ebay.”

The night Taylor Swift wore the dress up for auction, she paired it with a cardigan sweater. Tay ended up taking home the songwriter/artist of the year award that night.

Fans can’t wait until the sale. One person wrote on Instagram, “Such a wonderful initiative! Combining fashion and philanthropy to support those affected by the LA fires is truly commendable. Looking forward to seeing the unique vintage finds and contributing to a worthy cause.”
