In one of these sweet videos, Grandma gave some very practical advice for thinking big. Apparently, going outside and spending some time in an open field “frees up the mind” and makes you more likely to entertain new possibilities. This practice can also help you think more positively about what you can achieve!

“And so what it does, it actually stops you limiting your thoughts or your beliefs about what you can do,” the 82-year-old said in her recording. “So if you can, go somewhere where there is space around you, and it sort of expands how you feel, and anything’s possible.”

She added with a smile, “Well, within reason.”

Everyone loves this 82-year-old grandma’s advice!

Grandma had sent this excellent advice to her grandchild, who in turn shared it on social media. Over two million people have watched the video. Now, everyone wants this elderly therapist to be their grandmother!

“Can I be her granddaughter, too?” asked one user.

Another joked, “Please adopt me therapist space grandma.”

Of course, this isn’t the only piece of advice from this wise grandma that’s gone viral. When Pat sent a video to her grandchild to help them deal with stress, tons of other people benefitted from the woman’s soothing words.

It’s so sweet that this grandma uses her expertise as a therapist to give her loved ones the best advice. We’re lucky that we get to hear Pat’s mental health tips, too!
