Tim McGraw Shares Hilarious Story Involving Kenny Chesney And Pink Toenail Polish

Tim McGraw Kenny Chesney

When you’re a girl, dad, it shows. Even the manliest man will sit down for a tea party or at his daughter’s hair salon if he hears, “Please, Daddy.” She bats her eyes, and he’s putty in her hands. It’s a tale as old as time. Country music superstar Tim McGraw is no exception.

Tim and his wife, Faith Hill, married in 1996 and share daughters Gracie, 27, Maggie, 26, and Audrey, 22. When the girls were little, Tim didn’t shy away from playing their games and doing girlie things with them. And apparently, neither did Tim’s friends.

Dwayne The Rock Johnson recently shared a video of him playing with his kids while getting made up and decorated like a doll. Tim stitched that video on Instagram and shared a similar story about him and his good pal, Kenny Chesney.

“Specifically, I remember, one time, we were hanging out by the pool in our backyard, and Chesney, my buddy Kenny Chesney, was over because he lived close to us, and he was over when we’re hanging in the backyard. And Gracie decided she wanted to paint our toenails.”

Kenny Chesney’s Pedi Stayed

Tim and Kenny let Gracie paint their toenails pink and went on their way. The pair reunited in Los Angeles the following week for the Academy of Country Music Awards. They were hanging by the pool, and a barefoot Kenny made a shocking discovery.

“So, I’m sitting there, and Kenny’s looking down, said, ‘Oh, God, I forgot to remove the toenail polish that Gracie put on my toes.’ We still laugh about it to this day that Kenny did the whole Academy of Country Music Awards with pink toenails,” Tim shared.

A seasoned girl dad, Tim remembered to remove his, but Kenny was still pretty in pink.

Of course, fans loved it. Someone wrote, “Dads to daughters are so important.”

“Awwh, you guys are awesome Dads!” another person gushed.
