The driver rolls down his window to see the older woman beside him, standing in the rain. She quickly tells him that he reminds her of their son, who passed away just a year ago. The driver melts, uttering a simple, “Awwww” before he asks the woman if she would like a hug. She leans in, saying she does need a hug. The two hug through the window, and she kisses the young man on the cheek.
