Travis Kelce’s Dad Reveals The Surprising Amount He’s Spending On Taylor Swift’s 35th Birthday Present

Taylor Swift Birthday

When your son is dating arguably the biggest celebrity on the planet, you might think you have to impress her, right? But it certainly can’t be easy to shop for someone who can buy themselves anything they want. Taylor Swift celebrates her 35th birthday on December 13, less than a week after wrapping the Eras Tour. We’re sure her boyfriend plans something special for her big day.  But Travis Kelce’s dad, Ed Kelce, doesn’t think that flashy is the way to go. Ed told the Baskin and Phelps podcast the gift needs to come from the heart, not the bank.

Ed Kelce Wanted To Do Something Sweet For Taylor Swift‘s Birthday

Ed said that money means nothing. “You’ve got to get something that tweaks the strings of her heart that you spend 10 bucks on,” he explained. “Then she’ll just be all gooey. You’ve got to find something that triggers the emotion.”

Ed added that, unlike his sons Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, “There’s nothing they want that they don’t already have.”

He added, “You have to look beyond that. You’ve got to dig down and come up with something special.”

We’re not quite sure what Ed landed on as a gift for Tay, but she gave a little something to fans. Taylor Nation announced on its official Instagram the launch of a new Eras Tour Archive just in time for Taylor Swift’s birthday. Fans will have a chance to go behind the scenes of the most successful concert tour of all time. And from the comment section, we can see they are pumped.

One wrote, “Happy Birthday, lovely human. We know you’re probably out in the world being amazing (like yesterday 🤯🤯🤯) but we’d all understand if you just wanted to sleep. For like a month. We love you, Taylor. You’re a living legend and we are so lucky to share this planet with you.”
