Friday nights today just aren’t the same as they were in the 1990s. We don’t know about you, but we could sure go for a dose of TGIF right about now. There was nothing better than plopping down as a family and watching our favorite sitcoms. Back then, we didn’t play on our phones. We intently watched our favorite shows and became emotionally involved with the shows and the characters. Those families felt like part of our family. And the stars who played those roles know it. John Stamos and Jaleel White know how much we miss guys like Uncle Jesse and Steve Urkel, so they brought the characters back. If only for a moment, we’re back in that happy place with two of our favorite people.

Uncle Jesse and Steve Urkel Still Got It
John and Jaleel posted a sweet Instagram video of themselves today, alongside a clip from Full House. Family Matters‘ Steve Urkel played a cameo, and Uncle Jesse taught the quintessential nerd to be cool. The pair reenacted the scene today, and it was both funny and sweet to see them back together after more than 30 years.
John captioned the photo, “TGIF… Urkel’s still cooler than Uncle Jesse.”
