Usher Daughter

We don’t know about you, but we’re suckers for a good daddy-daughter tea party. Seeing a doting dad cater to his child’s every wish is both nurturing and charming. Everyone has a chance to escape the reality of a busy life and enjoy quality time. Usher understands the importance of bonding with his young daughter, Sovereign, so he indulged her in a delightful tea party. Usher shared a video on Instagram of him and his little girl all dressed up in a beautiful pink gown “gorgeously”, inviting her daddy to tea. What Usher did next made our hearts melt.

Usher Wasn’t About To Say No To His 4-Year-Old Daughter.

Usher gladly accepted when she presented him with a prince costume to match her frilly dress. As Usher dressed, he and Sovereign couldn’t quite agree on titles for the tea party. He wanted to be the King, but his little girl insisted he was a prince. She firmly told her dad that he was indeed the prince and her 3-year-old brother, Sire, would be the King. She would be both the queen and the princess. The sweet dad just laughed, and they were on their way to tea.

Like the rest of us, Usher’s family is caught up in Wicked Fever, and the musical inspired their daddy/daughter tea party moment.

“In honor of ‘Wicked’ we threw a party! Whatever my princess (or queen as she says 😂) wants, she gets! Tea party anyone?” Usher shared in his Instagram caption.

A fan shared, “They better ‘Gorgeously’ invite me out everywhere from now on or I’m not coming.”

The family’s costumes were a hit, “I’m impressed that Princess Mommy and Prince Daddy have royal attire on standby in case you’re gorgeously invited to tea.”

Everyone would love to have a daddy-daughter moment like Usher and Sovereign.

“Love how she demoted her parents to prince and princess and promoted her and her brother to king and queen…lol.”
