Waffle House can be a truly magical place — just ask the little girl who got to sing Let It Go at the top of her lungs with an enthusiastic employee! Mom can’t say enough good things about one specific location in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where staff went out of their way to entertain her daughter. Dr. Chelsea Wallace was dining at the restaurant with her family when an impromptu Disney karaoke party broke out! Footage of the woman’s daughter and an employee singing along to the popular Frozen song is way too sweet for words.

According to Dr. Wallace, this particular Waffle House is a favorite with her family, and not just because of the adorable Let It Go moment. Apparently, this location is always going above and beyond for their customers. It’s also an especially great spot for parents with young children.
“It’s a place where kids can be a little bit noisy and it’s not really frowned upon,” said Dr. Wallace, according to GMA. “The staff truly is amazing. They greet our children by name. They make an effort to bring out coloring papers, crayons.”
Most people probably aren’t expecting a “five-star dining experience” from the well-known breakfast chain, but that’s exactly how this mother described the service at her preferred Waffle House.
Waffle House loved the cute video.
GMA says that the company also commented on this adorable occurrence. They believe that a Waffle House employee singing along to Let It Go with a young customer is a perfect example of what the chain strives for as a business.
“It’s something that happens at many Waffle Houses on a regular basis because it’s part of what makes a Waffle House, a Waffle Home for so many of our customers,” the restaurant said.
It might seem like a small thing, but this Waffle House worker gave a little girl a truly beautiful memory by singing Let It Go with her. What a sweet and thoughtful person!
