It’s not every day you beat a professional baseball player to a catch, and this little guy’s face made it clear that he knew that. He was in total shock.
But the story gets even better.
Kole Calhoun, the player who was pursuing the ball, didn’t fuss or storm off. Instead, he leaned in and gave the kid a fist bump for catching the baseball.

The little kid who caught the ball clearly felt in awe. He was looking Kole Calhoun in the eye, getting a fist bump, and holding the baseball he had just caught out of mid-air.
