When Dyana Klein first met Christine Hallas at the animal welfare nonprofit she founded, the two of them hit it off instantly. They had the chance to enjoy eight years of a beautiful friendship before Christine was given devastating news. She was diagnosed with cancer and given mere months to live. In that time, Dyana says they had difficult yet meaningful conversations.

One of these conversations led to Dyana making a request of her dying friend. Once Christine was gone, Dyana hoped she would “visit” her through an animal. That said, she wanted her visit to be unique, ensuring that Dyana would know it’s actually a sign from Christine and not a random friendly creature. So, Christine promised to try and “return” as a bird that tapped on her window. According to Dyana, her friend followed through on that promise…

@imdyanaitsme Do yourself a favor. Trust it. If you don’t, what’s the point of asking or hoping? I always make sure to talk to her like she’s in my living room. I hope this is a sign of good things to come. 🕊️#spiritualtiktok #afterlife #paranormal #signs #spiritok #bird ♬ take a moment to breathe. – dalia

“It was exactly, exactly what I asked her to do, except times 100,” Dyana says. “I could literally hear her in my head saying, ‘See? There … you wanted a bird, I gave you a bird … now you know.'”

Woman’s Late Friend Seems to Follow Through on Her Promise to “Visit” After She Passes Away

Although it’s been well over a year since Christine passed, Dyana still gets visited by this sweet bird. And because so many people online resonate with this story, she continues to share clips of the bird’s visits.

“I knew in my heart it was her and wanted to share it with others who might have a similar story or just needed to believe,” she adds.

“My mom’s name is Penny. I asked her to send me pennies when she visits. My first Christmas I woke up with a penny on my bed from 1998 the year I was born. I cried,” one person shared in reply to Dyana’s story, another adding, “My grandpas favorite was a cardinal my grandmas a blue bird. Both come visit me just about anywhere. Together. Especially in my yard.”
