Prince Harry appeared at an appeal hearing in a London court on April 9 regarding the decision of government officials in the United Kingdom to strip his automatic security detail. The decision came after Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, stepped back from royal duties in 2020. One woman in the courtroom seemed particularly interested in the case and, according to People, made her presence known.

The unnamed woman reportedly yelled, “I support you, Prince Harry.”
As he exited the courtroom she said, “If you’re members of the press, you’re the reason he’s not in England.”
Prince Harry Returned To Court Later In The Afternoon
During the hearing, Prince Harry’s attorney argued in court that only giving him and his family security on a case-by-case basis was unsafe.
Harry’s lawyer, Shaheed Fatima, delivered an emotional summary on Wednesday, saying: “One must not forget the human dimension of this case. There is a person who is sitting behind me whose safety, whose security and whose life is at stake. There is a person sitting behind me who’s been told he is getting a special bespoke process when he knows in his experience it is a process that is manifestly inferior in every sense.”
The attorney continued, “His presence here and throughout this appeal is a potent demonstration of how much this appeal means to him and his family.”
Prince Harry and his attorneys returned to court for a private portion of the hearing. Per People, the Master of the Rolls, Sir Geoffrey Vos, said that once the court comes to a decision, they will disclose what took place during the private hearing.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle famously stepped down from royal duties and moved their children to California to live a more private life much to the dismay of members of the royal family.
